Us Quality Assurance
Dippy’s Pty Ltd T/A Whight’s Commercial Cleaning provides commercial cleaning services throughout the Central Queensland region. The Company is committed to maintaining the highest level of quality in its provision of products and services, commensurate with the requirements expected of our clients. The Company also sets out to achieve quality assurance by meeting and exceeding the relevant industry-specific regulations and standards.
Specifically, the Company has a continuing commitment to identifying key issues relating to Quality Assurance by way of the following:
- Ensure the customers’ needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled to a standard of excellence which fully satisfies their requirements.
- Communicate throughout the Company the importance of meeting customer needs and all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- The assurance of quality for all products and services is the direct responsibility of all staff involved.
- Establish the Quality Policy and its objectives with regular review to ensure its relevance to our everyday tasks.
- Implement policies and procedures relevant to industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Monitor processes that will lead to continual improvements; to recognise and prevent non-conformance issues.
- Ensuring the availability of resources.
- Any issues that may arise relating to quality assurance with be attentively handled by senior management.
