Whight’s Commercial Cleaning (WCC) are a well-established, locally owned and operated commercial cleaning business who have been servicing the region for the past 13 years. The company is managed by the Diplock family who maintain a strong business presence within the Rockhampton region, owning and operating businesses for the past 50 years. This business is built off the back of a prompt, reliable and courtesy service with a strong attention to detail. Our company currently employs over 30 local cleaners who service our strong client base of 125+ businesses and sites throughout the region. On top of this not only do we employ local, we also use local suppliers to service the needs of our business.
Our Management Team
Brandon Diplock | Director
Brandon is the Director of Whight’s Commercial Cleaning and originates from a family who boast more than 50 years’ experience owning and operating businesses throughout the CQ region. Brandon’s background in business and working as an Urban & Regional Planner have laid the foundations to successfully lead the WCC team. Brandon also understands the importance of a clean environment and how to effectively work with clients to ensure their business is serviced appropriately.
Shelby Diplock | Accounts
Shelby is an owner of Whight’s Commercial Cleaning and manages the accounts and payroll side of the business. Shelby brings with her a wealth of experience in accounts payable and receivable with previous roles in both the private and government sectors. As the key contact for onboarding new clients and managing accounts, Shelby is available to address customers needs or concerns with any account related matters quickly and effectively.
Christopher Lennon | Manager (Operations)
Christopher is employed with WCC in the role of Operations Manager. Christopher brings with him a wealth of experience managing large scale cleaning contracts within the region. His strength is his ability to understand a customers needs and transfer this into delivery through the management of his team of cleaners. Christopher oversees day-to-day operations including the management of staff and rostering, through to delivery of service at each of our sites.
Rachel Healy | Cleaning Supervisor
Rachel’s role with WCC is as Cleaning Supervisor whereby she is responsible for the high quality delivery of services throughout all of our sites. Rachel has been employed by WCC for the past 2.5 years and is well versed in the cleaning industry holding previous roles in mine site cleaning, motel cleaning and cleaning of residential camp facilities.
